Show Rules

Upon entering Unionville there are a few rules we ask you to follow.

First and foremost respect all other spectators, staff members, and volunteers. We ask that you also respect the cars and the property on the UTC grounds.

Pets

No animals allowed on grounds during the show!!!

Kids

This is a family event and all are welcome, however it is your responsibility to keep a watchful eye on them. There are thousands of people milling around and we would hate to have the little ones get lost amongst the crowds. Please be advised, any water activity is at your own risk.

Food/Beverages

There will be no carry-ins allowed to the main ground. All food and drinks will need to remain at your campsite. The Union Thresherman's Club provides reasonably priced food and drinks for purchase on event grounds. Including breakfast!

100% of the proceeds go to maintaining the grounds. Grounds are open from 9am-11pm however access to the grounds for breakfast before that time is allowed with a wristband.

Parking

All vehicles besides show vehicles are to be parked in spectator parking. Show vehicles can be parked at your campsite and on grounds all weekend providing they are not blocking fire lanes, traffic lanes or any other restricted area. If they are you will be asked to move your vehicle.

The VIP parking area is FREE to vehicles manufactured before 1976 not meeting show criteria.

Camping

Thursday at 9:00am Pre-Registered Camper Setup begins. There will be NO check-ins after dark so get here early.

Grounds open for breakfast throughout the weekend at 6:00am.

General and Overflow II areas

Quiet time inside the general camping, overflow II area camping and swap area are 11:00pm to 6am.

QUIET TIME starts in these areas at 11 pm! .

NO BIG STEREOS!!

Small generators such as Yamaha & Honda are acceptable. Under 60 decibels Anything louder needs to be shut down from 11 pm until 6 am in the quiet areas. Build a box around your generator if it’s loud, it will help to control the decibel levels. Everyone will thank you!

Overflow Camping Area

No mini bikes rode after 9:30 pm for safety reasons (no racing or horseplay in camping aisles as there were too many issues in 2018) Due to safety concerns we will be heavily enforcing these rules this year.

Rows L & K will be for small campers and tents only. The UTC has planted trees in this area and plan on expanding. We do not want to sell a site and have issues with your camper so please be aware of the site you chose.

Don’t park outside of your purchased campsite. If you have guest, have them park in the spectator parking are up by the cell phone tower. We towed vehicles in the past and will continue to if you park illegally.

There is no generator rule in this area. If you like staying up late and having fun, overflow camping is for you. We just ask that you be respectful to the people around!!

Rules can be located in all camping sections. They are posted and are expected to be followed.

To keep the staff and your neighbors happy please keep your sites clean. There are garbage dumpsters located at the south end of Overflow camping. Also, there are trash and recyclable receptacles located throughout the grounds for your convenience.

Mini Bikes

ALL mini bikes must register this year. They will receive a registration plate that will remain on the bike all weekend! You get one warning! Security will request removal of bike if seen without a plate after the 1st warning. ALL BIKES need to have a number plate with white numbers on it at all times!! We have a cool one of a kind Symco made plate that we will be offering to you guys on show weekend. You can purchase them when you register. Paper plates with black marker or duct tape on cardboard won’t cut it.

We have a better oval track setup that you can run on this year. The track will be just under a 1/16 of a mile.

Volunteer opportunities are available for you mini bike guys and gals. Make a difference, do your part to help support the races.

Flame throwing / Burnouts

For the safety of others, flame throwing and burnouts will only be allowed in designated areas at designated times.

Private Golf Carts/Scooters/UTVs/Mini Bikes, etc.

Are NOT allowed on the main grounds of the event at any time. No unauthorized motor vehicles will be allowed past the first gate, they are to remain in the overflow or at your campsite/swap area only. All motorized vehicles MUST be registered and insured with visible plates. All motorized Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are okay with proper documentation. The grounds are busy during the event so only staff vehicles are allowed.

Security

Waupaca County Deputies will be on duty at all hours for the safety of yourselves and others. It is required that you follow all state and local laws. Let's all help to maintain an enjoyable environment for all attending.

We also have EMT on duty during peak show times. If you have an emergency, contact a staff member ASAP or dial 911.

This is a PRIVATE event if any of the rules stated are broken it can result in the loss of your right to attend the event now and possibly in the future.

We are pretty easy going and would hate to cut your fun short by taking your wristband.
